We really can’t say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined. He is a wealth of local knowledge and was able to help direct our search to areas we might otherwise have missed. We absolutely love the house we found and we owe that in large part to Jeff! Bobby was a fantastic asset in the search for our first home. He far exceeded our expectations of a realtor. His knowledge of the area is extensive, and we appreciated his attention to detail, from tiles installed inside to hardwoods growing outside. His appreciation for original craftsmanship really stood out, and without his expertise we would still be searching for our next home, rather than moving into our dream home. Jeff was my realtor this year when I purchased my very first home with my partner. He started off by sending us listings that matched our requirements, special requests, and preferred zip codes. He communicated very well via email & text and we ended up looking at a little under 10 properties before we found THE ONE. Jeff was my advocate from start to finish; the home buying process is stressful but it's even more stressful when it's your first time.
