I was selling my house in Florida and moving to the Columbia area of Tennessee. My Florida agent that worked for Keller Williams contacted a branch in this area to assist me in my search here. Amy contacted me, i informed her of what I was looking for in a home and she began sending listings my way. As I reviewed them, telling her wha interested me and what didn’t, she gained a better understanding of my needs. She was very responsive to questions I had. Though I found the house I eventually purchased, I was still in Florida trying to get mine ready and sold. Amy did a lot of leg work of gathering information about the house. I made a trip up here and viewed the house. When we decided to make an offer she offered good advice as to pricing and I made a contingency offer that was accepted! I went back to Florida to get mine sold and that happened in short time. Amy got everything lined up here in Tennessee and we had simultaneous closings on both houses! Being in Florida and buying in Tennessee the way I did could not have happened without Amy’s help. She was the right agent for me and I was lucky that she was chosen to contact me! I highly recommend her!

Lori was super helpful and knowledgeable on all our needs and questions. She was Johnny on the spot when ot came to this journey. The same day we saw the house listed, she was willing to meet. We had some set backs here and there, and she was able to walk us, through every step without issue. Lori was also able to assist us with the questions we had concerning the VA loan, as she had experience in this type of home loan as well. Lori is an absolute gem! Knowledgeable about the market. She walked through our house and gave a price range; as well as suggestions for little changes to make buyers more interested. We sold the house quickly. Communication is key. She always kept me up to date through texts, emails and phone calls. If I had a question, she was always quick to answer the phone.
