•Marianna is not a stranger to us. About a year ago we were looking for a home in the Chesterfield area after moving from Las Vegas. We stumbled upon Cottenwood commons by Morelli and Son builders. Immediately after meeting Marianna who showed us the available homes which we loved, we sat down with her and she was very patient with our many questions. We after about a hour with her we’re confident enough to put a deposit down. We love the home and because of Marianna we are using her again and having David Morelli build us another home at Bayside Commons . Thanks very Much Marianna and to Morelli Builders
