•Diane is an amazing agent and an incredible person. Diane helped me prepare and market my home at a very challenging time in my life. She guided me on preparation, decluttering, and proper presentation. In a challenging market she helped me identify tweaks and improvements that would improve it's marketability when the market was sliding down. She has a wealth of knowledge and brought other professionals to bear when it was needed. Like any seller I was anxious and asked a thousand questions. Diane weathered each session with a smile and professionalism. She was responsive to me as a person and not just a home seller. I appreciate her greatly. This was the second time I used her for a transaction and her work ethic and professionalism are always on display. I could not recommend anyone higher. On a 5 star scale she is a 8. Thank you Diane.
