We have two young kids and my wife and I both work full time, so free time is hard to come by. Kim’s team took almost all the work off our plate, which was the only way we could accomplish our goals. In the end, we loved our first house for 9 years and then sold it for more than DOUBLE what we paid 2013. In 2.5 days, we had 60+ showings and 20+ offers, all over our list price. At the same time, we closed on our dream home. Our dream home was not an easy property to find, especially in the challenging marking of 2021/2022.
