Joy did a great job in handling the sale of our house. She gave us good pointers on how to prepare the house for viewing and assisted us in finding a service to help in cleaning the house. Joy consistently communicated with us providing feedback from the prospects who toured the house. She said the buyer would come that would want precisely what we had in terms of the house itself and wooded lot. She was correct.
