•Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Niner was by far the best choice. From start to finish was easy. Niner made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should). She also has a great personality and a great level of professionalism. When we also went to look at houses, she was able to show me what to look out for which was helpful. She went above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor and not knowing where to start. It's important to "shop" around for realtors and I am truly thankful I found a gem. Her team was also a great team to work with which made everything great. She is not like other realtors where they have you sign a bunch of things and then don't get the job done but you end up stuck and unhappy. She takes time with her clients, communicates well, and doesn't force you. She also educates you which is something that really stuck out for me in this process. She was also quick to handle issues that came up whether it was with the seller or the bank. Thank you Niner for helping me find my dream home :)
