•Savannah was great from start to finish. She showed me about 15 properties before I found the one I wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Savannah was fantastic to work with! Always positive and very quick to respond to any concern. My husband and I took forever to decide whether to buy a home, but as soon as we were game, Savannah was there for us. As first time home buyers, Savannah's help was invaluable. She came ready with tons of local experts for siding work, inspections, pest control--even wood burning stove removal. She calmed us down when we were anxious over closing, and found us an amazing steal of a mortgage. I wish we would have come a little more prepared knowing what to ask for/how to negotiate when making an offer, as I think we could have been better at driving negotiations, but overall working with Savannah was a great experience and I'd highly recommend her to anyone searching for their new home.
