We were very pleased with the service Therese gave us. We would recommend using Therese for any purchases or sales in the Gilpin County area. She is very knowledgeable and has many contacts of both buyers and sellers which makes the transactions move quickly. She has knowledge and experience with off the grid properties . Which is very valuable since not all companies will lend to purchase off the grid properties. I would recommend engaging her services if you are either a buyer or seller.
