Hardest working Realtor by FAR

There developed complications on the lending side that made the situation extremely more difficult than it should have been, but Josh went above and beyond his requirements and was diligent in seeing this transaction to completion. Josh went up and above for my house search; he advocated for my best interest; was detail-oriented, outgoing & friendly, while patient and knowledgeable about the greater region even outside his primary area of expertise; and had great problem-solving and negotiating skills. He returned calls and texts promptly. Didn't just try to sell me any old/new house; it didn't matter the price. He is unafraid to point out drawbacks, e.g., wet basement, updates that might be potentially required, and so forth.
