•My wife and I worked with Sue Manning and her team to sell our home and we could not have been more satisfied. At first we considered selling our home without an agent which would have been a big mistake and we are so glad we worked with Sue on the sale of our home. She began by doing a great deal of research and presenting us with information about the current market for our neighborhood. She worked with us to figure out a good listing price for our home by looking at comparable homes that recently sold. Sue worked with us on coming up with a listing price and our home sold for almost exactly our listing price. Once we had a buyer and we went through inspection we had some items that needed to be repaired. Sue and her team recommended vendors in the area that were very affordable and were able to take care of everything in our response to the inspection. Of course, as we approached the closing date the township wanted us to complete some other repairs to our home, and even then Sue's team worked with the township and vendors to get everything squared away which took a lot of weight off our shoulders. A huge plus when working with Sue was that she has a team to help with everything from taking pictures to all the logistics related to the sale. Particularly, Pattie, on her team was a real rockstar and took care of many of the logistical things that really made the process as effortless as it could be on our end. The biggest reason that I'd recommend Sue is that she truly had our best interest at heart throughout this entire process. She always fully explained all of our options at every step, and ultimately left the decisions up to us. Her professionalism truly showed that she was on our side and I could not be more satisfied with the service Sue and her team provided.
