•We met Joseph back in 3 years ago when we were considering buying a house. We ended up signing for a new construction project which turned out to be a long and very frustrating process due to the builder. Not sure if anything could have been done, the builder finally completed our house 3 years later. Joseph was extremely responsive and answered anything we needed right away. Due to the builders contract we signed we were stuck in ways he could not help us with. Even though the process was long and frustrating he did everything in his power to help us through what he could.
