My experience with Lisa Liacouras was simply outstanding. She was incredibly generous with her time, allowing me to come into her office to talk at length, whenever I needed. She addressed my every concern and answered the countless questions I posed, whether they occurred during office hours or late into the night. I was continuously impressed and extremely thankful for her prompt and detailed responses. She was my fierce advocate in the home buying process and my support system when I felt uncertain or overwhelmed. She fought hard to ensure that every contract met my needs and that I thoroughly understood the often confusingly worded documents I was signing. She was extremely patient and supportive through what would otherwise have been a very nerve wracking experience. During the pre-settlement walk-through, I panicked at the condition the home was left in and the short window of time I had until my movers arrived. Lisa immediately contacted a cleaning service and arranged for them to come that day – at no expense to me! Thanks to Lisa’s quick thinking and tremendous generosity I was able to move my infant daughter into a pristine new home. Even after settlement, she continued to check on me and provided excellent recommendations for local companies to help with needed repairs. Lisa went over and above the call of duty as our Realtor and I’m proud to consider her part of our family now.
