Laurie was one of the best Real Estate agents I have ever worked with. She spent time listening to what I wanted in a new home, but also added valuable insight regarding my preferences. She was always available--despite working with other clients, she was flexible in finding time to look at houses. Given the short time most houses were "on the market", she made sure that we could get in to see them before the sellers made a decision. This allowed time for me to decide about making an offer. She was also very helpful in connecting me with a Mortgage lender and Settlement agent. She worked closely with the Mortgage lender to be sure I had a pre-approval letter so as to make the offer more "reliable" to the seller. Finally, she was very tolerant--accepting--as my thoughts and priorities changed during the 2 months we worked together until I had an offer accepted. She also gave advice on my shifting priorities. But even after the offer was accepted, she continued to work closely with me throughout the closing process. This was all the more impressive as the closing period encompassed both Christmas and New Years.
