Amazing agent, honest, professional with integrity and years of experience.

Selling your home is huge undertaking, downsizing and moving to another state adds another level of complexity. Gail was alongside as a positive influence throughout the process. I began a conversation with Gail, almost a year before the move, did my research and began the process of preparing my home. When we met to discuss the pricing of the house she was prepared with real data regarding the market in the neighborhood as well as a deep understanding of the history of the market throughout the South Shore area. The list price she had recommended, although lower than what we had hoped to list our home for was apparently the “right price”. She was strategic in the listing, had amazing pictures taken to market our home and provided real time feedback along the way after every showing and open house. The housing market in our area was slowing but she was able to bring people in the door. We had multiple offers and ultimately sold at full asking price. She was able to provide recommendations for vendors to complete sale, walked us through every step, answered each call the same day and talked me off the edge when the real challenges arouse. In our particular case the sale became complicated, her extensive experience, attention to detail, professionalism and proactive approach made all the difference. I came to understand that through it all Gail kept our goals in focus even when we were uncertain about next steps. Gail represented us with honesty and integrity. In a time when the market in our area had many similar homes for sale, many of which needed to make list price reductions and others had to make the hard decision to take their home off the market, our home sold for full asking price.
