•It was a delight working with Jayme for the purchase of our new home. We relocated to Chico, and a friend passed along Jayme's name. We weren't quite ready to start looking, but she gave us a call and we immediately felt at ease with her style and approach. With the very competitive market right now, Jayme's strengths really shine- she is very proactive and detail oriented. She also was a great resource for info on local schools and neighborhoods. She's good at managing competitive offers and was able to recommend a great local lender who got us the best deal on our financing. Overall, we couldn't recommend her more highly!
