•Let me start by saying this whole process was a nightmare. I have purchased many homes in the past ten years; this by far was the worse experience. Joe Longo and Keller and Williams were unreliable. The process was not professional. I was often doing his job. Joe never followed up with information promptly in regards to permits, housing, or the previous owners. I would leave many text messages, voice mail, and email. It would take days to receive any feedback. I constantly had to reach out to him answer simple questions and remind him what my family's needs were. My children's safety was not his concern as I constantly had to remind him that I have young children. He showed many houses that were unsafe for children, despite know that he still went ahead and tried to persuade me to purchase. I would not recommend Joe or Keller Williams.
