•(I think Bonnie's legal first name is "Joan" but she always goes by "Bonnie".) In any event, she's great! Her realtor skills and judgement are excellent. She is conscientious, honest and ethical and a delight to work with. I cannot overstate the importance of staging and she offered her expert staging services at no cost to me. The only thing that I paid was for a mover to transport furniture and other staging items (artwork, mirrors, etc.) from her warehouse to my house – a minimal cost. As a stager, she is extremely talented and obviously spent many hours transforming my house into a beautiful model home. Her listing was great – the description of my house and property was very well-written and the photos professionally done, which is critical given that prospective buyers are touring houses online. When we listed my house, there were three other townhouses for sale in my community. When my house went under contract, those three houses were still up for sale. I can recommend Bonnie with great enthusiasm for your realtor and stager – quite simply, she’s the best!
