If you need a real estate agent, you need to stop reading my review now and CALL Jeff Ganz IMMEDIATELY!!! :-) He is simply THE BEST real estate agent EVER and I mean.....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is KNOWLEDGEABLE He is HONEST He is PATIENT He is UNDERSTANDING He is THOROUGH He is CARING He is an EXCEPTIONAL LISTENER He is OBJECTIVE He is REALISTIC He is RESPONSIVE He is TRUSTWORTHY If you're still reading this review, you clearly don't trust me, but you should, and just call him. :-) As a first time home-buyer, I needed to find an agent that could help me. I had a very challenging and trying experience with buying a home before the Lord blessed me with Jeff. Little did I know the day I contacted another Century 21 agent, that Jeff would be my agent. From day one, he listened to my concerns, frustrations, etc and made me feel very comfortable, which is NOT an easy thing to do. He has been in the business for over 15 years, and HE... KNOWS...HIS...STUFF. He's so great at making you feel like you are his only client, and I haven't quite figured out how he does it, but he just does. He has a way of balancing everyone and everything out so that you have the attention you need from him. I could give you the details of how he took an overwhelming process and made it palatable for me, but my review would be too long (as if it isn't already), and you would be wasting time reading, rather than calling Jeff and seeing for yourself. I can honestly say, he puts client needs above his own. He's not in it for the commission; he sincerely wants you to find your DREAM home, and he found that home for me. I LOVE coming home to my house everyday and I TRULY thank the Lord Jesus for Jeff Ganz. Call him and I promise you, you will not regret your decision.
