•Buying or selling a home can be stressful and frustrating but with the right real estate agent it can be a wonderful and rewarding experience. In the past we have bought and sold three homes but none of the prior agents came close to the positive experience we had with Shelly Loveless. First and foremost Shelly is a warm and pleasant person with an infectious smile. We were instantly comfortable with her. After our first sit down meeting we knew she had the knowledge, experience, and savvy that is a must in selling a home in a competitive market. Her communication with us throughout the entire process, even after we closed on our new home was excellent, thoughtful and much appreciated. An e-mail, text, or a phone call was answered within 15 minutes or less, even into late hours of the night. Shelly brings an entire team…it's not just her, she brings a home inspector, mortgage agent, and a termite inspector that can do repairs as needed. Shelly sold our home at a price we were happy with and when it came to buying a new one, she was extremely patient with us and very accommodating. A great advocate to have during the entire home buying process. Shelly showed us several houses over the course of about a month with attention to detail and concern for our budget. She contacted the seller's agent on our behalf when we found a house to buy, helped us with the counter offer, informed us about contingencies, and several other things that we were too pre-occupied to think about. Shelly is not only our realtor, she became our friend. We will gladly use Shelly again in the future, as well as recommending her to others looking to sell or buy real estate.
