Victoria Stuart is THE BEST!

Victoria Stuart is THE BEST! I had recently met Victoria to discuss the value of my current home and get it ready to list. Soon afterward, we first saw pictures a friend had sent us of our Forever Home we’ve been looking for years to find. I let Victoria know about it as it was just being vacated and wasn’t listed. She immediately reached out to the realtor and found out they wouldn’t accept a contingent offer. She had a fabulous mortgage lender contact and got us started on a rapid loan application so we could get an offer in that same week! She negotiated with the owner’s realtor to stop them from staging and listing, and submitted an offer they had already agreed to accept. The house closed 22 days after we first learned about the house and saw the first pictures. We are just so happy she knew how to get this to happen, and avoided a potential bidding war that could have driven the price way up. I can’t thank her enough. Sooooo happy!!
