Authurine did an amazing job! She is such a visionary! I did not see the potential in the home that we were selling but she did. She helped us to figure out improvements, to execute them, and to sell the home! She sold our house in less than one week!! She did an amazing job in staging it and getting it out there on the market quickly! She and Imani Anderson, her assistant, were extremely responsive, no matter when we reached out. Authurine was simply the best! My wife and I had a very tight timeframe to sell our home, and Authurine made the whole process very simple with minimal stress. She helped us stage the house beautifully, had a professional photographer take our photos, and worked side by side with us through the ups and downs of real estate sales. It was very clear that Authurine takes her job as an agent personally, as she was completely invested in both the sale of our home and our well being. 5 stars all the way!

I've known and have done business with Terry Burger and team for several years. They are always a delight to work with. Brad Martin was our realtor this go around and he had the "distinct pleasure" of selling 2 houses and buying 1 with us. Not saying that we were picky buyers or anything like that but Brad worked with us over the better part of a year to help us find our house. He was always patient, tentative to our likes and dislikes and worked hard to get us the best deal possible (both buying and selling). I highly recommend Brad and team to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Atlanta area.

Simone was outstanding. She was so informative, attentive and caring throughout the process. We had some hiccups with the sellers and she fought for us and kept us updated along the way. You want a realtor that truly cares about their clients and not just the check and that's her. She is awesome. We gave her a gift and she was sooo happy and surprised.
