I contacted Michael on a listing that he had. He was always prompt and courteous with any questions I had. He met us at the property numerous times as we had different people come to check out the property. I have now two properties in New Orleans. If I want to sell one or both of these properties, Michael is the person I will contact! Michael really looked out for his client. I felt like I paid more than I thought I would have to.

Craig defines customer service! He goes so far above and beyond that, as a client, I never need to worry that every detail is addressed. My family and I have bought four homes with Craig's assistance. We will never buy another house without Craig by our side. Craig was there for use day and night, weekday, weekend and even holidays.
