Despite the market turning and all the bumps in the road, Christine never gave up trying to move this property. She balanced her company’s demands with mine, which was certainly difficult but Christine made it all look so easy. Christine is knowledgeable and has a natural understanding of real estate. Chris did an amazing job on the sale of my mother's home for myself and my brother. It was a difficult time for us, as this was the sale of our mom's home. She passed away several years ago and this was the last piece of her that we were holding on to. Chris understood how difficult it was for us to let it go. She made the process so easy. She was always available for questions and found the perfect buyer for us. She sold the home in record time - 8 days - for the price we were asking for! At the closing, she stayed there with us through the whole process and even had a meeting between us and the buyer after the closing, so we could tell him about our mom and her love of the house and hear his plans to restore it and bring life to it for a new homeowner to enjoy it like our mom did. Couldn't have asked for a better result or more wonderful agent. We will be recommending Chris to everyone we know who is looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated real estate agent. She is truly the best!

Christine has always been very patient, understanding & helpful in working with us when selling our rehab property projects. It's the main reason we use her in all our rehab sales & continue to. There are a lot of agents out there claiming to be good and know how to work with investors, however we've tried the rest and now use the best. Keep up the great work!

We had been looking for a home since Feb. After a dissapointing experience with another realtor, I was pleased to know that my colleague, Sarah Duncan, was a realtor also. I knew from her exhibited professionalism and her warm and caring demeanor on the job that I wanted to work with her. Well, we were in luck as she partners with her husband, Rhiasheem Singleton, also a realtor - what a dynamic duo! This house hunting journey can be very stressful and emotional all at once - I appreciated their saavy, advice, the fact that they listened and were attentive to our requests. They certainly delivered and I wouldn't hesitate to consult with them again if another opportunity presented itself. We are happy with our new home and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to embark on the emotional rollercoaster of house searching - it's a heck of a ride but Rhiasheem and Sarah will be there coaching every step of the way til it's over!
