She makes herself available day and night, making sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. She provides helpful thoughtful information and has knowledge to provide insightful feedback. Erica was super patient with us and helped us secure our dream home which felt impossible at one point. She was able to tell us what to look for while shopping, keeping in mind big ticket items. She even pointed out in one house that the kitchen was not level and was honest with what that might mean in terms of the foundation of the house. Her knowledge was invaluable. She listened to what we wanted and what we were willing to compromise on and sent us listings that made sense for us. She was quick to set up showings and always on time. Her communication throughout the whole process from looking to shopping to buying was unmatched. I’m also convinced she is the reason our offer got accepted! We put in an offer at listing price with a few smart perks (with Erica’s advice). Our offer was accepted even though we were technically out bidded.
