•Cheri and partner Deb handle this very well. It was on the market prior and expired with no real offers, was not handled well. I was given unrealistic expectations, my bad... She came in and was honest, sometime brutally but that is why it was priced properly this time, sold very quickly and their suggestions on small things, less expensive way to make the house more appealing were great and really made the difference. I did interview 4 others on this 2nd go round, her honestly, frankness and assurance that her strategies were time tested and very realistic and would work. Realistic was the key, no pie in the sky which as a seller you might tend to want to believe and everyone else lead with in their approach to me. These two are dynamite team. Talk to them and you will see why! Thanks to both of you!!!
