Responsive Above and beyond! We saw a house unexpectedly that was prfect but they were already reviewing offers and my mom's house was not even for sale. With Kathlenn as our agent we got the house!! We had to move fast to make this happen. Lots of negotiations, decisions, tasks and securing other parties needed, had to be done quickly. Kathleen had a lot of timely challenges and made it happen.
