She knows the market inside and out and is an excellent source of information about upgrades or changes to a property that will make the property more attractive to potential buyers. Since she knows the local market very well, she is able to suggest a listing price in line with the area so the property will sell quickly. Kathy always maintains a professional relationship with her clients and yet enjoys getting to know her clients as she guides them through the process. She is not pushy, listens to the client's requests, and explains in detail her rational when responding to a client. In my case, she was extra helpful by looking after my property during the selling process since I was living out-of-state at the time. Her efforts certainly helped reduce my stress level during the most recent transaction.
