•Kenny Barnwell is a phenomenal realtor! I spoke with or met at least 4 other realtors before I found THE gem, Kenny Barnwell. My only regret is that I didn’t find him earlier in my home search. Kenny is kind, patient, understanding, respectful, ethical, honest, a great listener and so much more. Kenny has a wealth of knowledge of Hendersonville and the Western North Carolina area. When I first met Kenny, I had a list of what I wanted in a home, he suggested I make a list with 3 columns, needs, wants, and flexible. This was a great suggestion and provided to be very useful in my search. Kenny has his pulse on navigating the crazy, competitive real estate market. He will not sell you a home just to make a quick buck, he looks out for you and has your best interest in mind. He is very responsive and accessible, whether via text, phone, or email, day and night. Once I had an offer accepted, Kenny made the remaining process seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Kenny to anyone looking for a Realtor. He’s unequivocally the best! I feel very fortunate and blessed to have crossed paths with Kenny and wish him continued success. Thank you so very much for everything, Kenny!
