Irene is the most thorough agent we have ever worked with. She did great research for us and was most patient when I sent her 20 houses I was interested in. She sent back an email with descriptions of each property, where they were located and if she thought they were a good fit. When we saw properties she checked out everything to the point of looking under the house for us. She was easy to contact and returned promptly. Irene is a fantastic agent! She helped my husband and I buy our first home and has truly exceeded all of our expectations. Being first time home-buyers we needed a lot of support and direction and Irene was there for us every step of the way. I especially appreciated her ability to spot potential issues with a house- she quickly picked up on the fact that I am risk-adverse and so she spent extra time explaining the issues on the inspection and brought in other experts as needed. She is also an excellent negotiator- she helped us get our house for a great price and also helped negotiate seller repairs after the inspections.
