Tatiana and I worked with Cecilia to sell our home, and we could not have been more pleased. We accepted an offer within a few weeks the house went on the market, thanks to the great photographer Cecilia brought in to showcase our home online. Cecilia helped us to move the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. Cecilia was always available to answer our questions and of course the buyer's questions. Jonathan is an extremely attentive and knowledgeable realtor. I knew nothing about the home buying process going in to this, and Jonathan really held our hand throughout the entire process. He always responded in a timely manner, and never kept us waiting. We were in a very desperate situation to get out of where we were and in to a home, and he really helped us find something that we love. He is so nice and friendly which made the process even easier. We have had a small issue with the previous home owner and Jonathan is still checking in with us months down the road to make sure it gets resolved. He is great!

Jonathan had five showings the first day I had listed with him and a signed contract from a prospect the next day! "Very impressive" is barely sufficient to describe his performance. He is knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious, and compassionate in understanding the doubts and worries of a seller. Never before have I had dealings with an agent of Jonathan's caliber. It isn't likely I ever will relocate, but I will call Jonathan Zuromski if that occasion arises.
