•Jeanette delivered many special services to me as I was in a different state than where the condo was located: —She dug through barrels of plumbing supplies at 6 different plumbing stores to replace an old fixture —She made sure to keep a minimum temperature in the condo so the pipes wouldn’t freeze -She explained the process I would go through working with a real estate lawyer to finalize the sale, very different from California -She gave me terrific pros/cons as we reviewed the 5 offers Her constant communication kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beyond her professional expertise, her humor, fun and warm personality made working with her an absolute pleasure. I’m so grateful to have had Jeanette by my side during this journey.
