•My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected. I now consider Debbie a friend and will most definitely be doing all my families realty dealings. She is one of kind and appreciate all that she has done and will continue to do in her career.
