Bernice's experience in the industry is incredibly valuable. Her knowledge of so many areas and neighborhoods was also helpful in a really challenging market. I was in a tight price range, and it took some time and persistence, but she really stuck with me. When I say I looked all over, I mean multiple counties and towns, and her reassurance that we'd find the one helped - and paid off. Jeanette delivered many special services to me as I was in a different state than where the condo was located: —She dug through barrels of plumbing supplies at 6 different plumbing stores to replace an old fixture —She made sure to keep a minimum temperature in the condo so the pipes wouldn’t freeze -She explained the process I would go through working with a real estate lawyer to finalize the sale, very different from California -She gave me terrific pros/cons as we reviewed the 5 offers Her constant communication kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beyond her professional expertise, her humor, fun and warm personality made working with her an absolute pleasure. I’m so grateful to have had Jeanette by my side during this journey.
