We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. In August of 2022, we decided to make a move to be closer to family after the birth of our fourth child in May. We quickly found our new home in Michigan with the help of family and friends in September with a closing date of October, but we needed a team to help us prepare our Minnesota house for sale. Christina Restrick, our Ann Arbor realtor, who is also amazing, connected us with Kimberly Reeves at the Bethany Nelson Group. We needed someone who was unafraid of our short timeline, chaotic life with four small children, and a home with several projects that still needed the finishing touches to prepare it for listing. Kimberly, along with the team at Bethany Nelson Group and their talented vendors, had our house on the market at the end of October and closed at the beginning of December.
