•Barry helped my wife and I buy a new home and sell our existing home. First of all, in a market where there were many bids and few winning bids Barry never let us down. He made appointments for us at a time convenient to us every time we asked. We did buy a home and Barry's attention to detail and tenacity as our advocate was impressive and appreciated. As we were settling into our new home we listed our existing home with Barry. Again his attention to detail, negotiation skills and smart selling helped us get a four really great offers on our home in the first two days. Bottom line is I would never consider another realtor to represent us as a seller or a buyer.
