Alternatively, there can be things that are going to be a problem for you that you wouldn't realize unless your realtor or someone else made you aware of it. Eric cued me in to a lot of important consderations that I would otherwise may not have ever realized. Eric's openness and honesty were greatly appreciated throughout the process, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured.
