•I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Clifton James during my home search. It is my opinion that he adhered to all the standards required of a realtor whose objective was to accomplish my goal of moving. He determined that it would first be necessary to sell the home in which I was residing and use the proceeds to purchase another. He then prepared, presented, and obtained responses and signatures on all paperwork necessary for this process. He explained and answered all my questions while making certain that all time constraints were met. When looking at prospective homes, Mr. James was punctual for all appointments, knowledgeable about each showing, respectful of my opinions, accommodating of my time and accessible with regard to answering my follow-up calls and emails. As it turned out, my home search extended for quite a period of time but with the the help and encouragement of Mr. James I finally achieved my goal.
