•What wonderful thing is there not to say about James Willard; he's EXCEPTIONAL! First of all he displayed professionalism and knowledge in marketing areas, such as what it would take to sell my home and the great pictures that he listed. He was prompt in all time frames expected such as when the water company had to make a home visit to check the reading so that service could be restored and they needed a signature, he was there promptly to assist. His communication was off the charts; I was always kept in the loop of anything happening and what he needed me to do whether it was via cell or email. He frequently hosted a Open House in which I felt pleased about and to know that others were engaged towards the sell of my home. I would recommend my realtor, James Willard to my family and friend. Best Wishes to you James!
