•Joe was an outstanding realtor from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, and he was incredibly patient with us every step of the way. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt confident in every decision. What really set him apart was how much he genuinely prioritized our best interests. There were multiple times where he could have easily pushed a deal forward, but instead he took a step back and told us honestly, “I don’t think this is the right move for you,” and explained why. That level of integrity is rare and made a huge difference for us. He was also incredibly accommodating with our schedules. Since we both work full days, our availability wasn’t always ideal, but Joe never hesitated to make it work and was always flexible and responsive. Overall, just an amazing experience. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and truly on your side, I can’t recommend Joe enough.
