•Raquel & David have been my go-tos for 3+ years and helped me both with purchasing my first home and selling my first home. While they’re both fantastic realtors, they also played roles as my advisors, therapists, interior designers, and truly gave me their shoulders to cry on! Selling a home is so stressful, but they made the process so much easier. With the market moving as quickly as it is, time was not on our side, so they jumped into action and got things moving really quickly. From the time I told them I wanted to sell, the listing was live within the week. After over 50 showings and more than a dozen offers, we were in escrow within 5 days with an offer $30k+ over the asking price. While the escrow process was bumpy with a difficult buyer and buyer’s agent, Raquel & David were great and held my hand through each difficult step. Ultimately my place was sold for top dollar and I couldn’t have done it without these two rockstars!!
