•Amber went above and beyond, no scratch that... she went above and beyond, above and beyond my standards of what a realtor is supposed to do. Being a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things in the entire process that scared the crap out of me. She literally took my hand and guided me through each and every step, no matter how big or small. Whenever I was not happy about something, she wasn’t happy about it either, and her performance showed that as well. She’s an outstanding negotiator, straight to the point, and doesn’t waste time dealing with other “hard to deal with” agents. She stuck with us through 3 different houses until we found the one. Even through all my frustration I expressed to her, she stayed calm, and professional at all times. Hard working would be an understatement as well. There were mornings where I would wake up to documents, new listings on the market, that were emailed to me during the late hours of the night. If that’s not commitment, I don’t know what is. To make a long story short... as far as I’m concerned, there’s only one realtor in the area that I know of. Her name is Amber Taylor.
