•We crossed paths with Heather on a top unrelated to the housing market. Conversation was like one with a long time friend and it was mentioned that we would be looking to purchase our new forever home in a short time and sell our old home. She made the time to meet with us when it was convenient for us and made recommendations for the top lendors with her Realty group. The assistance began long before we even met as we were doing the loan pre-approval prior to meeting. Heather was right there with us from day one on anything we didn't understand. From then, she stayed on top of reaching other listing agents for houses we were interested in and accommodated our schedule to its entirety. When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, she took late night calls and texts with us to go over all the next steps, paperwork, etc. When it came time for the offer, Heather prayed and trusted her gut to ask for additional seller credits to assist us with our loan. If it wasn't for that, we wouldn't have been able to receive the deal we did. She assisted in scheduling our inspection for us and stayed in touch with our lender to be sure that everything was moving smoothly and that we were being treated the best. Heather goes above and beyond for her clients and we are proof of that. She has become a part of our family during the course of our house buying and we could not be grateful enough. We were very fortunate to cross paths with her when we did and that she was by our side throughout the process. If you want someone that will go beyond measures for you and treat you as her own family, Heather is your lady. You will not regret it.
