Millie gets the job done!

We worked with Millie to buy our new home. Once we determined our needs, she was on it and was communicative every step of the way. She was able to get us into see houses quickly, was always in time, and was very accommodating to our schedules. One thing we also really appreciated was how diligent she was about getting paperwork to all parties on time which made the process very smooth. Our seller’s realtor also complimented her timeliness and how on top of everything she was! She’s very knowledgeable about the market and, when we knew we wanted to make an offer, she was able to suggest a fair offer that we got accepted right away, and later was able to negotiate concessions in lieu of repairs. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with Millie as we sell our current property.
