Will was, by far, the best realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning, it was clear that he not only has deep knowledge of the real estate process, but also genuinely cares about the people he works with. What really set him apart for us was that he wasn’t just someone who handled paperwork and negotiations from a distance—he was willing to get his hands dirty and do whatever was necessary to make sure things went smoothly. Our situation was especially challenging because our family had already moved abroad, which meant we had to manage the entire process remotely. That could have been extremely stressful, but Will made it feel easy. He took ownership of every step of the process and handled things on our behalf with a level of professionalism and reliability that gave us real peace of mind. I had the pleasure of having Will Harris on my team for the purchase of my home. I was relocating from across the country and looking to purchase a home. He spent several hours answering all of my questions and sharing his wealth of knowledge on the locale. Then I found a home I loved which had been in the market for less than 1 day. I flew to TX the following day. Within less than 48 hours he arranged for me to view that house among many other options in the area. He was incredibly efficient with setting this up. Once I placed an offer he was very happy to continue showing additional homes to be used as backups if that offer were not accepted. He helped guide the negotiation and made this process as stress free as possible for me. He advocated on my behalf and quickly gained my complete trust. He continued to check up on me after the closing, ensuring that my relocation was going to plan and offering any help wherever possible. Will simply went above and beyond, not only to close a deal, but to ensure every need of mine was met. He truly cares about the experience of his clients and will go out of his way time after time to provide the best service. From start to finish, Will and his team was there by my side. The day we went to look at houses. Will set up that day just for me. He was in no rush and that day was tailored to me. Once I made a decision on a house, Will gave me so much useful information and knowledge on the next steps and things I should do to give me peace of mind during this process. Overall it was a great experience and everything went really smooth and quick for the most part.
