•We needed to sell our home at an inconvenient time in our lives. I was very ill, and we were in the middle of several other family crises. Michelle worked hard to assist with every part of selling our home. She assisted me with staging and a little redecorating advice so we could get top dollar for our property. Michelle had an extensive list of contractors: builders, painters, repair persons, cleaners, etc. She was very much on top of getting people to our home on time and made certain everything was done to white glove expectations! When our home was listed, Michelle suggested trying an open house for the first Sunday and forgoing house showings as I was very-nearly bed bound. She was thankfully correct in her assessment that our home would sell with only that one day of open house! Michelle truly went above and beyond. She followed up with us and even sent us details on rental property in our new city several hours away-as we are waiting a bit before becoming homeowners again. If you truly want the very best, Michelle is your realtor!
