Home buying and beyond!

With plans to move from RI to SC, I first made a Facebook post on a Conway, SC group looking for a realtor. In the midst of literally hundreds of comments, tags, and messages, Ryleigh reached out with the sweetest and most conclusive message reiterating our situation and needs, her experience moving here herself from PA, and exactly why we would be a great match! After an informative and friendly call, my fiancée and I agreed that she would be the one we moved forward with! Especially working long distance AND as first time home buyers, we needed someone we felt comfortable and confident in, and someone we didn’t have to chase. That was Ryleigh! This woman was ON IT! From day 1: getting a real feel for what we were looking for and completely “getting” us, setting us up with our loan officer, Anna Louise who made the finance portion easier than new-patient paperwork at the dentist, and making herself available for any and alllll (there were a lot) of our questions and concerns! After just a couple weeks we had a good 12 or so properties we were excited to check out so we booked a trip down to embark on our first house shopping weekend!!! We all met at a coffee shop to go over the process a little more and just absolutely clicked - we had the best weekend with so many laughs (and eye rolls) looking at the properties! After much deliberation (and 3 offers) we finally found our dream home: a 2500sqft fixer-upper on over 2 acres, tucked away on a private little cul-de-sac in Conway, just minutes from civilization and downtown! We moved down here a month later (one full week before our scheduled closing date!!) with a new home, new puppy, and even new friends (and home renovation helpers!) in Ryleigh and her husband! We are so grateful that our paths crossed and we chose to work with Ryleigh, not only for the seamless and hassle free home buying experience, but to have the friendship and connection we now have with her and her family! Forever grateful for Ryleigh!
