•Our journey to relocate began 5 years ago, and our relationship began with Toni two years ago when we met at an open house. From the start Toni was warm, knowledgeable, driven to get us what we wanted and had the foresight to make sure we saw multiple listings to help us not only realize what was available to us, but to also ensure we got the biggest bang for our buck. Toni made sure we understood neighborhoods, traffic patterns and gave us full knowledge of surroundings. She gave us multiple connections to vendors we would need like plumbers, painters, electricians and more. She allowed us time to digest information and was never pushy. Toni also went to battle for us when the seller was out of compliance and not following the contract which ended in additional credits for us. Toni walked us through the closing process and reminded us of all deadlines. Since we were moving from out of state, she also made sure our utilities were turned on, she held our keys til we got here, followed up on inspections and more. I highly recommend Toni and the A+ service she provided us.
