•Beth was available by email or text anytime I wanted to communicate with her - morning and night. In the current market where houses sell in a day, she was able to quickly find and show houses that suited my taste. She listened to what I was looking for even though I changed my mind at times. She was always ready to look up comps and to put in an offer for me. She had a lot of personal experience that was valuable in assessing each property's potential. I felt she was honest about the pros and cons of each property and gave good advice. I would certainly recommend her to help anyone buy or sell because she is professional, knowledgeable, available and trustworthy. If I buy or sell again, I will definitely choose her!
