Rental agreement does not reflect what I paid to move-in = charged an extra $100.00 Was charged an extra $175.00 monthly Tania drew up the rental agreement; got paid on both sides then she freed herself from the agreement so while the owners reside out-of-state Never responding as to why there were 2 lock boxes the entire time I live there. They should have been gone.

Tania is a bright, pleasant engaging person. She works extremely hard to attend to all of the details involved with the search for a home to purchase. Tania helped me find the perfect property in Las Vegas as I relocated there from the California Central Valley. There were many days when Tania would go and view properties for me while I was still in California finishing up with my work there. She has established contacts in the Las Vegas area with mortgage brokers, building inspectors and repair/maintenance contractors. Tania coordinated the entire process from search to closing. With her access to online document review and signing, I didn't even have to be present for the final closing.
